Why hello
My name is Ashley, and I like to think I'm a decent writer and artist.
I live and breath art, and really can't manage to go a day without writing or drawing something.
I deny my ability to sing (five years in chior?), and so I slack off with embarassment when my friends try and attempt to get me to do such. Ha.
Recently, I've been forced to deal with more of the harsh realities in life than anyone should have to - and it sucks.
I'm three months or so from turning seventeen, and I have still yet to even get my drivers license.
Am I the only one afraid of the perils of the road?
I tend to be a bit of a chicken, and I'm a stickler for the rules of society.
I do get random urges to do something 'bad', but for me, that's staying out an hour past my curfue after getting permission from my mother. I know it's pathetic, but that's how I roll.
You try having a police sergant as a father, it greatly cripples any chance I had at a social life...

My sense of humor is a bit odd sometimes, and yeah... I can be weird, but aren't we all?
I am extrememly anal, to the point where it's a little insane.
If I start working on something, I will keep working on it until its right - and that expands to everything in my life. From school, to my writing the only thing that escapes that even slightly is my art. Yet I still obsess over that.
I plan on writing and publishing a novel by the time I'm 35, which gives me plenty of time to write something bloody brilliant.
So you better watch out huh?
